Aletheia Unfoldment Coaching
The Framework for Depth Work
Integrating Parts Work, Somatic Inquiry, and Presence Practice
Let’s TalkThis approach recognizes that you’re not broken and don’t need improvement.
Instead of adding skills or fixing problems,
we create conditions for your innate wholeness to emerge.
Aletheia integrates psychological depth, somatic wisdom, and spiritual dimensions.
This method is trauma-informed and parts-integrated, drawing on neuroscience (memory reconsolidation, polyvagal theory),
developmental psychology, and contemplative traditions.

The Four Depths
This method follows a developmental model called the Four Depths. A map of consciousness that guides our exploration from fragmentation toward wholeness.
The Depth of Parts
Working with the inner landscape. The critic, the pleaser, the protector… We bring them into relationship instead of trying to eliminate them. Working from Internal Family Systems and Voice Dialogue, we meet these aspects with curiosity, not judgment.
The Depth of Process
Connecting with the fluid, ever-changing nature of embodied experience. Through somatic awareness and Focusing, we access the body’s innate wisdom. The felt sense that knows what wants to emerge before the mind can name it.
The Depth of Presence
Discovering the boundless qualities of your true nature. Trust, courage, love, joy, strength. Here we recognize fundamental wholeness and the vast resources within. Rooted in the Diamond Approach, Daoism, and contemplative traditions, we learn to embody these transformative qualities.
The Depth of Non-duality
Awakening to the radical interconnectedness of all things.
The boundaries between self and other, inner and outer begin to dissolve. We experience the primal unity that underlies the apparent multiplicity of existence.
Rooted in Proven Traditions
This depth work integrates well-established therapeutic and contemplative traditions with decades of research and practice:
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz in the 1980s at University of Chicago and Northwestern University. IFS understands the mind as naturally multiple, made up of sub-personalities guided by a core Self. Research-backed approach used internationally for trauma treatment.
Diamond Approach
Founded by A.H. Almaas (Hameed Ali) and Karen Johnson in the 1970s. A comprehensive 50-year tradition exploring essential qualities of being. Love, strength, will, peace, truth. Ontological realities, not just psychological states. Taught internationally through the Ridhwan School.
Focusing
Created by Dr. Eugene Gendlin at the University of Chicago in the 1960s-70s. Focusing accesses the “felt sense,” pre-conceptual bodily knowing that carries forward movement. Emerged from psychotherapy effectiveness research showing that clients who could access bodily felt sense had better outcomes.
Voice Dialogue
Developed by Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone in the 1970s-80s. Works with distinct personality sub-selves through facilitated dialogue. Helps us understand how different parts of us carry different perspectives and needs.
Contemplative Traditions
Informed by Daoism (wu wei, natural unfolding), Tibetan Buddhism (non-dual awareness), and other wisdom traditions. These recognize transformation as allowing instead of forcing.
The Aletheia Coaching Method
The Aletheia method, developed by Steve March, synthesizes these approaches into a coherent framework for unfoldment.
I completed Aletheia Levels 1 and 2, as well as specialized training in “Unfolding Deeply Expanded States: Dreamwork and Journey Work.”
As a certified Feldenkrais practitioner, I bring a somatic, body-centered approach to this practice, integrating Tides work (Craniosacral therapy) and other somatic modalities.
Poetic Attunement
Aletheia coaching invites us into a particular way of attuning to what emerges in sessions. We attune through love for truth, beauty, and goodness – as lived realities present in every moment.
Truth draws us toward honest inquiry. Curiosity about what’s actually here, right now. Your lived experience rather than theories about it.
Beauty reveals the intelligence in struggle. The pattern wanting to complete itself. Wholeness expressing itself even through fragmentation.
Goodness points toward benevolent unfolding. Something wanting to emerge, even when the path isn’t visible. Your innate value, already present.
This way of attuning creates space for what’s been concealed to reveal itself. Resourcefulness, creativity, and wisdom surface naturally.
Unfolding is poetry-in-action.
It happens when we pay attention to what wants to be born.

I’m Nikola, an Aletheia Unfolding coaching practitioner, certified Feldenkrais Method® practitioner, and somatic coach.
Ten years ago, I left the IT sector. I’d been climbing the career ladder, checking the boxes society laid out. It looked successful. I felt profoundly disconnected from myself.
I was chasing models created by society, living someone else’s idea of success. So I started searching.
Spiritual practices, self-help books, therapy modalities from West to East. Each offered something. I kept moving, sensing there was more. Still looking outside myself for answers.
Contact Improvisation and movement practices changed everything. I stopped trying to figure out how to be present. I just was. In my body. In the moment. Showing up as myself. That opened the door.
From there, I went deep into somatic work. Four years of professional Feldenkrais training in Switzerland, Somatic coaching. Craniosacral therapy and Tides work – connecting with the larger rhythms, sensing what it means to be part of the field.
When I discovered Aletheia, the framework I’d been missing clicked into place. Parts work revealed how my psyche actually operates. The protective mechanisms. The unconscious habits pulling me through life. The automatic patterns cycling between avoiding discomfort and seeking pleasure. I could finally see what was running beneath awareness.
And I could see what lies beyond those patterns. Qualities of presence that feel more true to the nature of being. Already there. Waiting to be unconcealed.
I completed Aletheia Levels 1 and 2, as well as specialized training in “Unfolding Deeply Expanded States: Dreamwork and Journey Work.” My practice integrates the Aletheia framework with the Feldenkrais Method, Tides work, and other body-centered modalities.
I live between Serbia and Southeast Asia, working with people internationally. This work makes sense to me in ways the career ladder never did.
